- Some builders will build for less, and some for more-but this calculator will give you a very good indication. Builders will manipulate lot
prices to either look expensive or cheap-remember the total price is the bottom line- the builder wants to make some money one way or another.
- These prices include Septic systems, but where no septic is required, the trade-off will be towards the Lot Levy, which pays for sewer &
water hookup.
